I Am Poem Art Project
This is my I Am Poem Art Project. In my Language Arts class we had to write a poem all about ourselves and then in my art class we had to take that poem and create a picture the relates to the poem and also includes the poem in it. My poem was all about gymnastics so I made my picture all about gymnastics. I have a pair of grips that you use when you are on the bar event in the bottom right corner. I also have a bucket of chalk that you also use when you are on bars in the bottom left corner. The outside of the picture is what would be the outside of a gymnastics floor. Last I had a beam and inside of the beam is my poem.

Printmaking

For my printmaking project I first looked up different ideas for printmaking. Next I carved in the first layer of my print and then rolled on the ink and printed it six different times. Next I carved out the second layer of my print and rolled on the ink and printed it on top of the other layers. Lastly I cut them all out and labeled them.
